Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone who uses the ExpressPayments platform. It works alongside our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

You may not use our service for any of the following:

• Illegal goods or services in any jurisdiction we operate in.
• Unlicensed financial services, money transmission, or securities sales.
• Counterfeit, infringing, or stolen goods.
• Adult content involving minors or non-consensual material.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories.
• Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, and Ponzi schemes.
• Gambling, lotteries, or sweepstakes without the appropriate licenses in every market served.

Some businesses are allowed but require additional underwriting. Reach out before going live if you operate in:

• Crypto on/off ramps and digital asset trading.
• Cannabis-adjacent products in regulated markets.
• Travel agencies, ticketing, and event resale.
• Subscription services with high recurring billing volume.
• High-risk merchant categories per card network classification.

Do not use our APIs to attack, probe, or stress-test our infrastructure, scrape data, impersonate ExpressPayments, or otherwise interfere with the service for other users.
